MAREIA is proud to offer discussion groups for members and non-members:

Real Estate Savvy Night Owls of Baltimore (Real Estate SNOB)
Meets the 1st Monday of every month. 

 
Landlording Discussion Group

Rehabbing Discussion Group
Meets every other month on 4th Tuesday. See MAREIA calendar for meeting dates.

Women Investors Networking and Group Support
WINGS Discussion Group
Meets 2nd Monday of the month.

These discussion groups will provide educational and networking opportunities. Members will share their experiences, support one another, and learn from each other in smaller groups than possible at the monthly meeting.

Although members increase their knowledge by attending the discussion groups, these groups are not intended to serve as substitutes for our PHP classes and other workshops that provide detailed information on specific facets of real estate investing.
