- Bi-weekly accountability calls to keep you moving forward.
- Unlimited access to me by phone, fax, and email.
- Help with comps, inspections and negotiating with sellers.
- Access to a network of attorneys, title companies, mortgage brokers and others who can help you with all the details necessary to find and close a deal.
- Weekly conference calls with the other investors in the program for support.
- Quarterly dinners or lunches to meet the other investors in the program. (And we’ll pick up the tab!)
We’ll cover every type of creative transaction you can use to buy and sell residential property including:
- Options
- Wholesaling
- Lease/options–as a buyer and seller
- “Subject to”
- Short sale
- Land trust
- Rehabbing for retail sale or rental
We’ll also learn about various financing options:
- Conventional bank loans
- Hard money
- Private lenders
- Seller financing.
To start in the program the cost is $3997 ($5997 for couples/partners). The cost is for a full 12 months of personal training, education and support. Additional fees will come from deals that are done during the training program.
This program will initially be limited to only 5 people. More students may be accepted after 2-3 months. We want only those people who are serious about this. We won’t take you on if your only qualification is a check that won’t bounce.

After much thought, MAREIA will now offer the option of a new training program geared to the investor just starting out.
