Dawn Scott is the owner and operator of Scott Free Property Management. She and her husband Sidney started the company more than 14 years ago. Dawn comes from an Engineer and Human Resource background working for the #1 aerospace industry for 20+ years.  Her expertise in HR provides her clients with a level of comfort and security in knowing their properties will be well taken care of. She has developed technical systems that help to ensure almost zero evictions and from working directly with people everyday for more than 13 years of her career, she knows how to put the customer and their needs first.

Dawn has degrees in Architecture, Business Management and Human Resources. She is also certified in Organizational Development and Project Management. She currently resides in Bel Air, Maryland with her wonderful husband, two children and their cute adorable dog DaVinci.
