Jeff is an Ohio native and member of COREE (Community of Real Estate Entrepreneurs), began his real estate journey in 2012 by gradually purchasing single-family homes. He personally handled the remodeling of these properties and rented them out to families. Over time, he shifted his focus to renting single-family homes to college students seeking off-campus housing.
